The passion for the latter and the world of communication, understood as the bridge that brings together cultures, thoughts, emotions, has been the driving force for integrating these skills to psychological methods and theories that support the understanding of the functioning of the human being and what it can support him/her in a process of transformation towards the pursuit of his/her goals.By living with more “Emotional Intelligence” and remaining open to opportunities, perspectives change and the quality of life improves. Knowing ourselves and those around us, both at work and in our private life, allows us to draw the map of a journey that leads us to reach ambitious goals.
About
After 20 years of experience in multinationals in the marketing area, I’VE decided to pursue a dream, that of being a Coach. Today I am an ACC ICF Certified Professional Coach, the largest association of Coaches in the world and certified Assessor of Emotional Intelligence.
I have also earned a master’s degree in Transactional Analysis in the organizational field, a theory that underlines my true belief: the search for one’s self, inspire the possibility of change, enhance communication and human relationships.
Today, I and a team of professionals (ICF and Six Seconds certified) with whom I share values and methodology, can provide skills and a humanistic approach aimed at respecting the uniqueness that characterizes each individual. Believing in human potential and in the ability to find resources within oneself is what unites us and guides us in the many opportunities that Coaching offers.

Mission and Values
Coaching today is therefore for me a way of being, of facing life and work. It is a method of projecting oneself towards a higher quality of life made up of human relationships through which to mutually grow. Being a Coach means:

Method and Approach
Working with people means establishing a partnership based on trust.
Supporting them towards change implies guiding them to become aware of their potential, their limits, their talents to achieve ambitious and measurable goals and to achieve the autonomy that is essential to be free men and women.
Eric Berne (founder of transactional analysis) used to say: “being autonomous means being able to govern oneself and one’s destiny, assuming responsibilities. The person who is not interested in having more but being more is autonomous “.
Transactional Analysis, as well as Emotional Intelligence, have now become the pillars of my Coaching model that can make the most of people through a Coach-led Awareness, Self-Learning and Feedback system. The Coachee will thus be able to learn to integrate thoughts and emotions to make the best decisions updated to the here and now.
